It May Be Nothing to Sneeze At

It appears that we could be calling COVID-19 a wrap…or at least the restrictions associated with hospital nurses, elementary school teachers, homeless shelter workers and dental hygienists.  According to the California Department of Public Health (CDPH), these workers will no longer be required to get tested for COVID-19 once a week.  However, the department stated that the state’s vaccination and booster requirements for employees in healthcare, correction health, and adult residential settings, remain in effect.  The department will also be changing its reporting procedures on COVID-19 infections and deaths data from twice a week to once a week on Thursdays.
